1. Post Doctoral Fellow Position (CBCS)
Centre of Behavioural and Cognitive Sciences (CBCS) of University of Allahabad has opening for postdoctoral positions. An ideal candidate should have a good academic background with a Ph.D degree in any field related to brain and mind (e.g., Neuroscience, Cognitive Sciences, Psychology, Physiology, Medicine) or in engineering (Computation/ Communication/ Electronics/ Electrical). Experience of conducting behavioural and/or electrophysiological experiments, and sound knowledge in Matlab/C programming is a plus.
The post is purely temporary and initial recruitment will be for one year, which may be extended up to another year based on fellow’s performance. The Centre requires one (1) Research Assistant to work under the Department of Science & Technology (DST) project “Dynamic adjustments in control EEG characterization of anxiety and its effect on cognitive control”
Qualifications for Sl. No. 2-3: Masters in Cognitive Science or Psychology. Candidate should have the knowledge of Statistics. Candidates having the experience on conducting experiments will be preferable. Applicant should have Experience with EEG / ERP methodology for Sl. No. 2
