Registration

To register for ACCS-12, follow these steps:

Step 1: Make the payment based on your registration category (UG/PG/PhD/PostDoc/Faculty). You can find the fee structure in the table below. The bank details for payment will be provided after registration is open.

Step 2: After successful payment, fill out the registration form above. You’ll need to upload a clear screenshot or PDF of your payment receipt and enter your transaction reference number for verification.

Once your registration is received and payment verified, you will receive a confirmation email from us within 48-72 hours.

Please Note :

1. Registration is mandatory for everyone attending ACCS12 (presenters, non-presenting participants, attendees…).

2. The registration fee has two categories this year: one includes meals for the duration of the conference, and the other covers both meals and accommodation. Both options include access to all conference sessions and the Conference Dinner on December 14, 2025.
   CBCS students do not have to pay but must register for planning purposes.
3. Accommodation is included in the registration fee for faculty members.
4. Accommodation is not available as part of the registration package for participants from industry.
5. There will be no onsite registration. The link for the registration form and payment will be made available shortly.
